Lindel is an experienced and dedicated Relationship Manager with more than 15 years in the real estate industry. Her background spans leasing, business development and 2IC roles, giving her a well-rounded and practical understanding of property management from every angle.

Drawn to AReal Property by the opportunity to be part of a dynamic, evolving and growing business, Lindel brings a balanced blend of creativity, professionalism and calm organisation to her role. She works closely with renters, rental providers and contractors to ensure every home in her care is managed smoothly, efficiently and with exceptional attention to detail.

With strong communication skills and a naturally friendly disposition, Lindel is committed to maximising the value of each property she manages through proactive oversight, clear guidance and thoughtful support. Her positive thinking and self-motivated nature allow her to respond confidently to challenges while maintaining a high standard of service.

Lindel studied Visual Merchandising at RMIT, and her creative eye continues to influence her work and approach. Outside of the office, she enjoys illustration, travel, design, architecture and practising Reiki. An animal enthusiast with her own illustration business and a love for warm weather, Lindel brings both passion and personality to every part of her life.
