Kaan Ristic

Kaan is an accomplished and highly experienced real estate professional, bringing almost three decades of industry expertise to the Areal team. Beginning his career at just 19, he went on to establish and successfully operate Ristic Real Estate alongside his family, leading the business for more than 20 years. During this time, he grew a rental portfolio of over 700 properties, built a team of 17, and guided clients through thousands of sales and leasing transactions.

Drawn to AReal Property for its values, culture and vision, Kaan is energised by being part of a forward-thinking team where relationships, integrity and excellence sit at the core of every decision. With deep experience across residential sales, he is dedicated to helping clients navigate life-changing moves with confidence, clarity and genuine support.

Approachable, calm and attentive, Kaan combines the passion and drive of his early career with the wisdom and perspective earned over nearly 30 years in the industry. He is known for building strong networks, bringing people together and providing dependable guidance throughout the entire sales journey. His objective is simple, to always act in the best interests of his clients and ensure they feel supported from first conversation to settlement.

Kaan holds a Bachelor of Arts (Multimedia) with a strong interest in mass communication and literature, which has shaped his ability to communicate with clarity, empathy and impact.

Outside of work, Kaan is an ultra-marathon runner, a dedicated reader, and a proud Star Wars enthusiast. He enjoys Japanese culture and cuisine, follows Liverpool FC, the Sydney Swans and the Boston Celtics, and finds balance in running trails near home.
