Jessica Sha is a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager at AReal Property, dedicated to driving the growth of our rental portfolio. Since joining AReal in 2021, Jessica has consistently secured new managements, expanding our reach in the rental market.
With a strong background in customer service and sales, including roles at Crown, Jessica excels at building long-term client relationships based on trust and proactive communication. Her expertise in market trends and rental appraisals allows her to provide landlords with tailored advice to maximise their returns. Jessica ensures a smooth onboarding process for new clients, and she collaborates closely with the property management team to deliver exceptional service and strengthen AReal's brand reputation.
Jessica is eager to learn, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement. She holds a degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from La Trobe University and a Diploma of Building and Construction. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys relaxing by watching TV shows and movies, exploring different types of food (especially Chinese cuisine and BBQ), and spending time at dog parks. She is also a dedicated Melbourne Demons (AFL) supporter and enjoys experimenting with new recipes at home.
