Jessica Dossis is a Relationship Manager for AReal Property in the North, bringing more than a decade of industry experience and a genuine passion for property management. Having commenced her real estate career in 2010, Jessica’s journey began in sales before transitioning into property management, where she discovered her strengths in relationship building, communication and client care.

Throughout her career, Jessica has worked across sales, reception and property management roles, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the real estate process from multiple perspectives. For the past 16 years, she has focused on property management, developing a strong reputation for professionalism, efficiency and proactive portfolio management.

In her role at AReal, Jessica manages rental providers and renters across the northern portfolio, ensuring properties are well maintained and client expectations are clearly understood and exceeded wherever possible. She is committed to delivering a smooth, stress-free management experience while protecting and enhancing the value of each client’s investment.

Known for her bubbly and considerate nature, Jessica combines strong time management skills with clear communication and a genuine ability to connect with people. She believes successful property management is built on trust, transparency and consistent follow-through, and she is always striving to refine her skills and grow within the industry.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and friends, caring for her dog Lucifer and exploring creative outlets such as content creation and gardening. A proud St Kilda and Melbourne Storm supporter, she is also a passionate cook, a dog lover and fluent in Macedonian.
