Jess began her real estate career in administration and reception before progressing into an EA role and later transitioning into property management, where she discovered her strengths in relationship building, problem-solving and day-to-day portfolio care. Having also spent time working across multiple agencies and locations, she has developed a flexible, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments.

In her role at AReal, Jess manages the day-to-day operations of her portfolio, working closely with rental providers, renters and contractors to ensure properties are well maintained and issues are resolved efficiently. She is known for her ability to balance professionalism with approachability, delivering clear communication while maintaining strong relationships built on trust and consistency.
