Alicia De Angelis is a Relationship Manager at AReal Property, bringing extensive property management experience and a dedicated, client-focused approach to her role. Having commenced her real estate career in 2011 at a boutique agency in North Melbourne, Alicia has developed a strong understanding of residential property management and the importance of delivering consistent, reliable service.

Throughout her career, Alicia has progressed from reception into property management, building hands-on expertise across renter management, rent and financial management, property maintenance, legislative compliance and rental provider communication. This broad experience enables her to confidently manage the day-to-day complexities of a portfolio while keeping the needs of her clients front of mind.

Alicia believes communication is at the heart of successful property management. Highly organised and solutions-focused, she combines strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with attention to detail, time management and a sound knowledge of legislation. Known for her professionalism and reliability, Alicia takes pride in keeping properties well maintained, resolving issues efficiently and building strong relationships with both rental providers and renters.

Alicia holds a Certificate III in Business Administration and a Certificate IV in Property Services, complementing her extensive practical experience within the industry.

Outside of work, Alicia enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, cooking and training at the gym. A devoted dog lover with four dogs, she is also a passionate Collingwood supporter and enjoys learning new languages, with Creole currently on her list.
