Melissa commenced her real estate career in 2009 and has held senior roles including Business Manager and Commercial Property Manager. This diverse background has equipped her with a strong understanding of both residential and commercial environments, as well as the importance of precision, communication and reliability in fast-paced sales settings.
In her role at AReal, Melissa plays a key part in ensuring sales campaigns run smoothly from start to finish. She provides detailed administrative and sales support, coordinating processes with precision and supporting strong sales outcomes. Easy-going and approachable, yet highly organised and professional, Melissa is known for her attention to detail, clear communication and ability to build positive working relationships across the team.
Melissa studied Tourism Management and holds her Agent’s Representative qualification. Outside of work, she is passionate about health and fitness, spending time at the gym and enjoying the outdoors with her three children. She loves cooking and baking, is a proud Carlton supporter, a self-confessed hot jam donut connoisseur and has embraced life as a passionate soccer mum. Looking ahead, Melissa also hopes to study personal training and nutrition for personal interest and growth.
