Jasmine Zheng is a Relationship Manager at AReal Property, bringing a highly organised, detail-driven and client-focused approach to property management. With a strong background in operational leadership and customer experience, Jasmine supports landlords and renters through clear communication, compliance and consistent service delivery.

Prior to joining AReal Property, Jasmine held senior roles as a Lodge General Manager and Luxury Short-Term Stay Manager, where she oversaw daily operations, led teams and managed multiple priorities in fast-paced environments. This experience strengthened her leadership, problem-solving and organisational skills, all of which translate seamlessly into her role within property management.

At AReal, Jasmine is responsible for the day-to-day management of properties, including liaising with landlords and tenants, coordinating inspections and maintenance, and ensuring all properties meet legislative and regulatory requirements. She also provides administrative and operational support to the broader team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality, compliant and well-managed portfolios.

Known for being diligent, adaptable and reliable, Jasmine takes pride in delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong professional relationships. Her academic background, which includes a Bachelor of Science and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing, supports her analytical thinking, structured approach and effective communication style.

Outside of work, Jasmine enjoys travelling, skiing and listening to classical music. An avid alpine skier and passionate foodie, she loves discovering new cuisines and exploring different cultures. She is also a devoted dog lover and enjoys attending classical music concerts in her spare time.
