Jacqueline Keast

Jacqueline Keast is a Senior Property Manager at AReal Property, bringing more than a decade of experience across property management, administration and real estate operations. Since commencing her career in 2013, Jacqueline has developed strong expertise in managing residential portfolios while delivering clear communication and reliable service to both rental providers and renters.

Throughout her career, Jacqueline has worked across end-to-end property management, high-level administration and accounts coordination within the real estate industry, alongside earlier experience in an accounting firm. This diverse background has given her a strong understanding of compliance, operational processes and financial coordination, allowing her to manage portfolios with precision and efficiency.

In her role at AReal, Jacqueline manages her portfolio from start to finish, overseeing client communication, maintenance coordination, lease administration, arrears management and tribunal processes when required. Known for her organised and solutions-focused approach, she maintains high service standards while navigating the complexities of property management with professionalism and calm.

Jacqueline holds a Real Estate Representative Licence and a Certificate IV in Business Administration, supporting her strong foundation in compliance, operations and client service.

Outside of work, Jacqueline enjoys fitness and working towards running goals, and is currently training for a half marathon. She also values personal development through journaling and audiobooks and spends much of her time with her three children. In a fun twist, Jacqueline is also the proud owner of a pet pig.
