Daniel Nguyen

Daniel Nguyen is a Relationship Manager at AReal Property, bringing a practical, personable and client-focused approach to property management. With a diverse professional background spanning real estate, hospitality, communications and customer service, Daniel has developed a natural ability to connect with people and build positive, long-lasting relationships. 

Prior to establishing his career in property management, Daniel gained extensive customer-facing experience with organisations including Qantas, Australia Post and Westpac. He has also worked in front-of-house hospitality at the Royal South Yarra Lawn Tennis Club since 2017. This varied experience has shaped his strong service ethic, communication skills and ability to engage confidently with people from all walks of life. 

In his role at AReal, Daniel manages properties while maintaining strong relationships between rental providers, renters and other stakeholders. He takes a practical and transparent approach to property management, focusing on clear communication, professionalism and finding the right outcome for everyone involved. 

Daniel was drawn to AReal Property by its welcoming team culture and collaborative environment. Easy-going, warm and friendly by nature, he genuinely enjoys helping people and is known for bringing a sense of humour and positivity to the workplace. 

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Foreign Trades, a Diploma of Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, providing him with a strong foundation in business, communication and relationship management. 

Outside of work, Daniel enjoys travelling, dining out, listening to music and podcasts, seeing movies and musicals, cycling and reading. Family and friends are an important part of his life, and he enjoys making the most of Melbourne’s food, culture and lifestyle.
