Brian Jeon

Brian Jeon is a Senior Property Manager at AReal Property, bringing a thoughtful, people-first approach to the management of residential portfolios. With experience spanning both real estate sales and property management, Brian offers clients a well-rounded understanding of the market, legislation and the day-to-day realities of managing property effectively.

Brian began his real estate career in sales before transitioning into property management, where he found his strength in building strong relationships and delivering consistent, reliable service. At AReal, he is responsible for managing his portfolio while contributing to the overall performance and culture of the property management team. He is particularly experienced in managing CBD apartments and high-rise properties, an area of the market he has long been passionate about.

Known for his easy going and down-to-earth nature, Brian prides himself on doing his job well and continually learning. He understands that while market knowledge and legislation are critical, property management is ultimately a people-driven role, requiring strong communication, empathy and trust.

Before real estate, Brian studied hospitality and worked in the service industry, a background that has shaped his customer-focused mindset and attention to detail. Outside of work, he enjoys hands-on projects including DIY renovations, home improvements, gardening and landscaping. He has recently completed building a TV entertainment unit and is currently learning how to repair and paint cars. Brian is married with three children, is originally from Korea, has completed his military service, and is rarely seen without an iced long black in hand.
