Commencing her career in the early 2000s, Benita has built a strong reputation for delivering reliable, client-focused property management and fostering long-term professional relationships.

Throughout her career, Benita has held senior positions including Officer in Effective Control, Team Leader and Senior Property Manager. This depth of experience provides her with a comprehensive understanding of compliance, portfolio performance and team leadership, all of which she brings to her role at AReal.

Drawn to AReal Property by its strong culture and established procedures, Benita values working within a structured, professional environment where service standards are high and clients are prioritised. In her role, she oversees property management operations and client relations, ensuring rental providers and renters experience clear communication, efficient processes and well-managed tenancies.

Benita believes that successful property management is built on understanding each client’s needs and maintaining open, consistent communication. Her objective is to create seamless tenancy experiences where both rental providers and renters feel supported and confident.

Outgoing and grounded in strong family values, Benita approaches her role with warmth, professionalism and a genuine commitment to service. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the gym, playing basketball and walking her dogs, Alice and Mia. A passionate NRL fan, she also loves being outdoors by the water and spending quality time with her son.
