As a renter who has lived in several properties managed by different agencies, I cannot recommend Ayda Badri at Areal Property Real Estate highly enough. Renting through this agency has been exactly what renting should be: organised, professional, friendly, easy to communicate with, and, most importantly, fair. Fair to the homeowner and fair to the renter. There were no unnecessary hoops to jump through, no confusion, and no surprises. From the very first inspection, I was pleasantly surprised by Ayda's friendliness while still maintaining a high level of professionalism, a balance that not everyone manages well. Throughout the tenancy, everything was predictable and straightforward. Communication was easy, and whenever an issue arose, it was handled promptly and professionally. It's refreshing to be able to report a broken appliance without any stress, only to have action taken immediately to resolve it.
