Responsibilities:

• Creating presentations for both prospective and existing clients
• Developing and managing marketing schedules
• Assisting with photo shoots and floorplan development
• Preparing progress and pre-auction reports
• Conducting open and private property inspections with potential buyers to promote attendance at auctions.
• Arranging building inspections, final inspections, and bank valuations
• Conducting prospecting activities to generate property appraisals and listing opportunities
• Informing buyers and sellers about newly listed properties
• Developing relationships with the landlord leads
• Building and maintaining a personal client database

• Valid Victorian Driver's License

The Nuts & Bolts:

• Salary Range: $80,000–$100,000 (depending on experience, with the upper end for experienced Senior Property Managers).
• Flexibility: Hybrid work available – work from home up to 2 days per week once you’re established in the role.
• Tools: We set you up with a laptop, smartphone, and all the software you need.

Your Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of property management experience
• Agent’s Representative Certificate
• A current Australian driver’s licence

Due to our growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Leasing Specialist, who will be responsible for conducting rental property inspections. The role offers the opportunity to progress to become a full-time Property Manager/Business Development Manager/Sales.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed routine, entry, exit, private and open-for-inspections 
• Attending meetings when required 
• Must be available to work Saturdays
• MUST HAVE current Agents Representative Certificate
• MUST HAVE a reliable car

Skills & Experience:

• Previous work experience in a similar role is preferred  
• Excellent time management skills 
• Experience in customer service  
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills 
• Friendly telephone manner 
• Property/admin experience preferred, but not essential 
• Excellent written, verbal & numerical skills 
• Attention to detail & ability to work under pressure 
• Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office package, Inspection Express and Inspect Real Estate (preferable but not essential) 
• Chinese-speaking is preferred
