With more than six years of property management experience and a track record of providing award-winning customer service, Anna Mou is an integral part of our relationship management team. As one of the Relationship Managers in Areal’s leasing and property management division, Anna is one of the main points of contact for many of our landlords and tenants. She is committed to going above and beyond for her clients to ensure they have an incredible experience every time.

One of Anna’s favourite things about her role is being able to build long-term relationships with her clients, and work alongside them for all their property management needs. She loves expanding her knowledge and skillset, and is always looking for new ways to service her current and future clients more effectively.

Anna has been working in property management for the past six years, and is known for her exceptional customer service skills and friendly and easy going attitude. She considers winning a best customer service award two years in a row in her first two years in the industry to be one of her proudest achievements.

Anna speaks three languages (English, Chinese, and Russian) and previously worked in international marketing for companies around the globe, prior to making the move to property management. This international experience allows her to easily build relationships and work with people from different cultural backgrounds.

Outside of work, Anna loves travelling and spending time with family.
