Shufang Zhao is one of the leasing specialists here at Areal. She is committed to going above and beyond to deliver an exceptional standard of customer service to all of our leasing clients, including both our landlords and tenants.

Shufang comes from a media background, having previously studied a Master of Arts in Media Studies and worked as a TV content producer and marketing manager. More recently, she worked as a real estate sales representative, before transferring to our leasing department as a specialist in this field.

As a leasing specialist, Shufang’s colleagues know her as a genuine, happy, and down to earth person who strives to achieve professionalism and perfection in all that she does. She has a proven track record of achieving stellar results for her clients, and has been named as one of the Top Ten Sales Personnel of the Year four times whilst she has been working in real estate.

She loves what she does, and looks forward to continuing to grow and develop within her field, whilst continuing to achieve great results for all of her clients. In her spare time, Shufang enjoys videography, travel, and working around the home.
