Shing Choo is a highly skilled and experienced leasing specialist who has been with Areal since the end Feb of 2022. He is passionate about assisting landlords, renters, buyers, and sellers to achieve their property goals and dreams.

Shing comes from a corporate and private banking background and previously studied Bachelor of Commerce. Since making the move to the property industry, he has achieved his Agents Representative Certificate and has worked in sales, leasing, and property management. He is passionate about building long-term relationships with all of our clientele, which translates to the stellar results he consistently achieves for our clients. He received Areal’s Leasing Agent Award in 2022 for his top performance.

Shing is passionate about property investment and is excited to continue expanding his knowledge and skillset in this field. He is always looking to learn and grow as a professional, to become the best he can possibly be at what he does. Moving forward, Shing’s goal is to continue to work his way up in leasing and business development.

In his spare time, Shing is an avid traveler and foodie who enjoys exploring new places and trying new foods. His passion for learning in the workplace also carries over to his personal life, as he is always looking to find out more about anything and everything.
