Renee joined the Areal group in late 2021 as the general manager. Under her stewardship, she has contributed to driving the company’s direction by being actively involved in the development and implementation of long-term strategic plans to achieve Areal’s business goals. Renee enjoys her role immensely and derives satisfaction in seeing Areal staff flourish and develop to deliver exceptional industry-leading service to our valued clients.  

Renee is a Certified Practising Accountant  (since 2017) and started her real estate journey in the commercial property sector working for a boutique firm and gained 8 years of experience as financial controller and office manager before joining Areal. She is a quick problem solver who enjoys applying her skills and experience to improve Areal’s operations in each of its departments and promotes a positive organisational culture that supports high performance, strategic alignment, strong employee engagement and sustainable work practices.

Renee loves learning and is a firm believer that an investment in knowledge pays the best reward and that any challenge is an opportunity to grow and improve.
