With more than two years of experience as a leasing agent, Chen Li is a highly passionate property manager who is dedicated to creating positive leasing experience for both his landlords and his tenants.

As one of Areal’s Property Managers, Chen has two goals: to help his landlords achieve maximum return on their investment, and to make the leasing experience as convenient, pain-free, and enjoyable as possible for both parties. Since joining Areal, Chen has consistently received positive reviews from both his landlords and tenants, which provide testament to his skills as a property manager.

Chen is known for his warm and friendly nature, great sense of humour, and reliability and efficiency as an agent. Outside of work, Chen enjoys travelling and exploring new places. He is also an avid badminton and pool player.
