Steven Wang is Areal’s Senior Relationship Manager. Working primarily within the rental space, he is the one proudly working with our landlords and tenants to create a seamless, convenient, and enjoyable renting and leasing experience, with a special focus on achieving win-win leasing agreements that suit both our landlords and tenants.

As a licensed real estate agent, Steven has 10 years of experience in sales and property management, and has worked his way up to become a team leader. With a proven track record of achieving stellar sales results for his clients, he prides himself on being an industry leader in terms of both results and client satisfaction. His goal is to continue to develop his skills as a Master Relationship Manager, and become part of the top 1% of agents in the industry.

At work, Steven is known for his perseverance, fighting spirit, reliability, goals-driven attitude, and ability to solve any problem. He is also known as a role model by the other members of his team, as he constantly strives to inspire and motivate them to become the best agents they can be.

Outside of work, Steven loves spending time with his family, who he considers to be one of his proudest achievements. He also loves watching sports events, talking about and enjoying different types of food, and traveling with his family.
