Joseph Wong is an experienced property manager, who has been with Areal since 2023. He comes from a real estate background and has been involved in property management and real estate for 3 years.

As a property manager, Joseph is passionate about building long-term relationships with Areal’s landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers that are founded on honesty and trust. He also enjoys networking within the property space and developing new connections with other professionals and prospective clients in the field.

Joseph’s colleagues and clients describe him as enthusiastic, passionate, and highly dedicated to what he does. He is also known for his strong communication skills, active listening skills, and ability to put himself in his clients’ shoes when it comes to identifying their wants and needs for their real estate experience. Joseph also loves a challenge and enjoys working with his clients to overcome any problem or issue that may arise to guarantee a positive property experience.

Joseph is committed to achieving real results for his clients and looks forward to continuing to work hard to achieve great things as he grows as a property manager. Outside of his work with Areal, Joseph enjoys playing football and fundraising for worthy causes (with his successful fundraising for cancer patients being one of his proudest achievements).
