As one of the Relationship Managers at Areal, Nick is the friendly face responsible for all the communication between our landlords and tenants. As the intermediary between our landlords and renters, Nick is the one working behind the scenes to ensure your rental journey is a pleasant one - whether you're the landlord or the tenant. Nick is from Chengdu in the Southwest of China, and previously studied a Bachelor of Business at Swinburne University and worked in accounting before starting his career in real estate in 2018.

Since joining the Areal team at the start of 2023, Nick has quickly developed a large portfolio of loyal landlords and tenants, all of whom find him a pleasure to work with. His clear and transparent approach to communication, efficient approach to service delivery, and in-depth knowledge of the rental market ensures a seamless rental experience, from start to finish.

Nick is committed to achieving excellence through impeccable service and isn't afraid to go above and beyond to ensure that he doesn't just meet, but also exceeds, his clients' expectations. Whether he's dealing with a first-time renter, long-term tenant, new or experienced landlord, he loves nothing more than working with our landlords and tenants to resolve issues and ensure a positive renting experience for all. Both his colleagues and his clients know him for his easy-going and helpful nature, and passion for helping others.

Nick is passionate about real estate, and is determined to continue to develop and grow his knowledge and skills within the field. His goal is to continue to grow his career in real estate and work his way up the ladder to become a senior property manager. When Nick’s not working with our landlords and tenants, you’ll find him watching movies and cooking in his spare time.
