The AREAL Team

As Head of Sales at Areal's Hawthorn office, Radek Skorupski is responsible for leading our sales teams, and driving our agents to maximise their sales both individually and as a team. He is also our Auctioneer, meaning he is the one responsible for representing our vendors and drumming up buyer interest and bids on auction day.

Radek comes from a strong real estate and sales background, with 3.5 years experience of selling house and land developments, and 5 years of establishing residential property sales in Melbourne's inner east. He has also been an auctioneer for the past twelve months, and competed in the annual REIV Victorian Novice Auctioneer Competition, in which he came 8th and was named one of Melbourne's best young auctioneers.

As a sales agent and auctioneer, Radek takes pride in his strong sales history, with a proven track record of selling his clients' properties for the highest possible price, in the shortest time-frame possible. He is proud to maintain an 83% Auction clearance rate, with an average of 34 days on the market for the properties he represents. He is very ambitious, driven to succeed, goals-oriented, hard working, reliable, organised, and focused.

He is also very interested in property development, and is keen to expand into this space in the future.

Outside of work, Radek is working on getting his recreational pilot licence.
