Kay Lim is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and Property Consultant. As part of Areal’s sales team, Kay works with our vendors and investors to maximise their return on investment by helping them achieve a fantastic sales price for their property. He also works with our buyers to help them secure their dream homes and make the sales process as easy as possible – whether he’s working with a first-time home buyer or a seasoned investor looking to add to their portfolio.

Originally from a finance and accounting background, Kay has been in the property industry for 14 years now. Since making the move to real estate, Kay has gained extensive experience in property management and sales and has consistently achieved outstanding sales results for properties he has represented all over Melbourne.

Known for his hardworking, positive, and friendly nature, unrivalled negotiation skills, and in-depth knowledge of the local market, Kay’s goal is to become one of the best agents in the industry. He considers working with his clients to be the best part of his job, and loves nothing more than building long-term relationships with loyal repeat customers who return to his for all their future property needs.

Outside of work, Kay enjoys golf, jogging, watching movies, and spending time with his frinds and family.
